The Opportunity
NA Greenfield Delivery Manager is responsible for all technical IT Network Infrastructure related project for Field Site locations for PBNA, PFNA, PBC, FLC, Gatorade, Quaker, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Fleet, Joint Ventures, PepsiCo Equipment Services (PES), Distribution Centers, Mixing Centers, Omni Sites, GES & Production Plants. This position handles New Sites, Expansions, Site remodeling, Moves, Consolidations, Acquisitions, Site Decommissions.
This position handles every technical aspect of site IT Network Delivery, including project estimations, blueprint, wireless, and wired designs, coordination of installation with site construction general contractors, Network hardware procurement and staging, onsite cabling, network go-live change management process and hyper care support post-delivery.
Your Impact
As North America IT Network Infrastructure Delivery Manager your scope would consist:
- Tech project lead for NA Sector Network Infrastructure Program related to New Sites, Expansions, Site Moves, Consolidations, Joint Ventures and Site Decommissions.
- Tech project lead for overall NA Greenfield Program strategy and tactics to assure projects are delivered faster, better and stronger as per business plans and speed.
- Tech project lead for PGT & Automation remodeling’s site readiness, New Mixing Centers, OMNI sites, Sabra & Siete sites acquisitions,PECs, GES and DCs for PFNA & 1NA.
- Key Stakeholders engagement and overall management for PBNA, PBC, Gatorade, FLUS, FLC, Quaker, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Fleet and PepsiCo Equipment Services (PES).
- Wireless, wired and cabling vendor’s Management
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- BS. Degree in Electronic Systems, Telecommunications or Computer Science
Experience
- Deep knowledge on Cisco technologies (CCNA preferred, CCNP Enterprise Wireless).
- Strategic planning & Quality post-graduate diplomas are a plus
- Good understanding of ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.1, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2, ANSI/TIA/EIA 569-A & NSI-J-STD-607-A standards at the minimum
- Broad hands-on experience of international best practices (Certifications will be a BIG plus), market frameworks and methodologies such as: ITIL (V3 or beyond), Project Management Profesional, ITSM, Ekahau Products.
- Ability to manage, influence, persuade and build relationships to a big variety of stakeholder with different profiles, knowledge and experiences.
- High English proficiency (terminology related to IT Infra Network, Site construction technical and executive levels of communication is required).
- Relevant experience on financial management such as: budget forecast, Investment project estimations, financial operation planning, new runs & accruals.
- Strong conceptual and process thinking lead foot-print vision of a cohesive Infra technology roadmap to delivery and perform.
- Proven record of leadership skills to manage multiculturais teams composed by multiple vendors, providers, internal employees and contractors; previous experience providing service to large scale world-wide foot-print companies is required.
