Job Purpose:

Setup, manage and monitor network to ensure optimal connectivity and performance. Develop network capabilities and set up network permissions based on the set policy and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information technology or equivalent.

Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Network Connectivity:

Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Bahri network links network devices and the deployment of new network systems to ensure consistent network connectivity that meets load requirements and provides optimal performance.

Performance & Availability:

Monitor and control Network utilizations, capabilities and response to maintain undisrupted performance and security. Plan for Network redundancy requirements and Network configuration backup to ensure high Network availability and recoverability.

Network Feasibility:

Execute and manage on a regular basis network troubleshooting and testing activities to identify new solutions and enhancements that can address ongoing network issues and meet network related requirements.

Security & Policy:

Liaise with the Security team to ensure network is secured. Adapt Bahri's network security practices and maintain transparent communication with the Network Security team.

Recommend and comply with the IT policy, procedure and quality requirements to carry out the work in control and consistent manner.

Second Level Support:

Provide the second level support and assistance to the users as well as IT

Technical Team to perform their assignments efficiently.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare the required Network documents, inventory, report and guidelines to avail adequate documentation for using and maintaining the Network effectively.
