Evolv Clothing Company is looking for a dynamic IT Manager to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring smooth operations across our SQL databases, networking, hardware, and software systems. Key Responsibilities

SQL Database Management:

• Oversee the performance, security, and backups of SQL databases.
• Optimise database queries and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain data-driven applications.
  
  

Networking

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Ensure network security, uptime, and efficient troubleshooting.
• Implement upgrades and resolve connectivity issues.
  
  

Hardware And Software Management

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compatibility, performance, and efficiency of systems.
  
  

IT Support And Troubleshooting

• Provide leadership to the IT support team in resolving technical issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Ensure minimal downtime and effective incident management.
  
  

Strategic Planning And Vendor Management

• Plan and implement IT projects in alignment with business needs.
• Manage IT budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend relevant upgrades.
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in SQL database management and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security systems.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience managing SAP HANA and Microsoft 365 environments is a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
• Certifications in SQL, Networking (CCNA/CCNP), or IT Management (ITIL, PMP) are a plus
