Build strong IT communication channels with flawless execution to support G Bank systems and networks.
Liaise with other IT team members, vendors and contractors to design and recommend the technical architecture of Networking / Telecommunication solutions and problem resolution.
Support installation and troubleshooting various network and telecommunication devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi access point).
Support branch rollout and branch infrastructure.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Preparation of operational and project document
Meet personal and team productivity and quality targets based on predefined team objectives.
Education
Degree in Computer Science & Technology or related disciplines. At least 5 years of experience in technical support of networking systems
Certification in MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL would be an advantage.
Job Requirements
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
Apply the best practices concerning the main IT production processes (ITIL): incident management, problem management, change management.
Understanding of SWIFT platform and security knowledge is required.
Experience in designing, and leading disaster recovery tests and procedures for applicable technologies
Be an essential contact with the internal teams and decisions makers: understand their needs, identify solutions, deploy, train and educate.
