The IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT infrastructure across global offices. Success in this position means maintaining high system uptime, implementing effective cybersecurity measures, streamlining IT operations, and providing reliable support to all staff. The role also involves leading IT-related projects, improving asset and license management, and driving digital transformation initiatives. This position supports the broader business by enabling seamless technological operations and ensuring systems are aligned with company goals and growth plans.

• Administer and manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services
• Oversee Active Directory (AD) services and Group Policy configuration
• Configure and maintain corporate network infrastructure, including switches and routers
• Manage firewall policies and ensure network security compliance
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks (preferred)
• Lead and support a globally distributed IT team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage IT assets including hardware inventory and software license compliance
• Oversee IT support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Drive the implementation and training of project management tools across teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
• Proven experience in managing IT operations and leading technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
