Riscure is organized in 2 units: Security Lab and Inspector Products. Recently Riscure has joined Keysight Technologies, a US listed specialist in test and measurement solutions. We are looking for an IT Manager to join us as a Freelancer for 3 months. You will support business applications, guide colleagues through Keysight change-over and Keysight environment, support integration team, and coordinate local IT team. Your responsibilities: Ensure that Riscure’s IT demands are fulfilled: Long term development to enable our strategy, short term availability and issue response Leading the IT team in achieving a high continuous and global support level Protect our data and make sure our IT infrastructure is available Drive IT innovations that help Riscure realize its strategic goals Inspire and coach the IT team to efficient collaboration and personal growth We also expect from you to introduce practical implementations of ITIL processes and workflows where needed and most importantly help this team meet their personal and technical targets. Education on HBO (ICT) level Proven experience as a team leader Proven experience in customer communication Proven experience in a complex IT environment and with ITIL processes Proven experience in managing and executing projects with a team and deliver results Different information security classifications Agile approach (vs waterfall), architect/visionary type personality traits Microsoft and Linux solutions Air gapped networks, leveraging highly skilled users, multiple sites Excellent transparent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Excellent planning skill Ok, so what does Riscure offer?
