We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and support an Energy Company's IT operations across their Western region offices, including Monaco, London, and Houston. This role is based in Monaco and is pivotal in maintaining a robust, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure across our Western footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, specification, and ongoing maintenance of the network infrastructure across Western offices.
• Ensure the reliability and security of all business-critical systems and IT networks.
• Play a central role in shaping and enforcing group-wide IT policies, including those related to cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments across all regional offices to ensure alignment with internal IT standards and practices.
• Manage IT resources and systems to deliver optimal value and performance across the organization.
• Lead project management efforts for system enhancements and technology upgrades, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Develop and implement contingency strategies to mitigate risks such as cyberattacks, data breaches, or operational disruptions.
• Oversee IT-related contracts and subscriptions to ensure cost-efficiency and contractual compliance.
• Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Serve as the primary liaison for building management and service providers, handling all IT-related facility requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical support for the Western offices and remote support for additional global locations when required.
• Ensure third-party and outsourced services adhere to agreed service levels and performance metrics.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8years of proven experience in IT management across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong background in network design, cybersecurity, and IT policy implementation.
• Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing service providers and facility-related IT requirements is a plus.
