Job Description

As an IT manager a.i., you will be responsible for the smooth running and continuous improvement of the IT landscape within the agreed requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company's IT needs in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
• Take full ownership of IT management responsibilities, including day-to-day operations and long-term strategy implementation.
• Lead and support a compact IT team.
• Act as the main IT liaison for the European region, maintaining communication with leadership in the US.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring systems remain secure, efficient, and continuously improved.
• Support key software systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision, and handle supplier relations and change management.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal IT Manager A.i. Will Have

• Solid background in IT management within a comparable organisational structure and a fast-paced environment
• Technically skilled and hands-on leadership.
• Idially prior experience/familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in international and cross-cultural contexts.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
