You take the lead in setting up and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, including devices like routers, CCTV, telephony, and UPS. Your responsibilities include installing and managing LAN/WAN networks, ensuring security and privacy, performing regular system upgrades, and administering servers and software. This role also involves troubleshooting and resolving system failures, conducting maintenance to improve efficiency, and providing technical support and training to users. Additionally, you will pilot new technologies to enhance infrastructure performance and guiding vendors or teams in resolving infrastructure-related incidents
Minimum Qualifications

Working knowledge of the following products would be an advantage:
CCTV and Recording devices
Biometrics / timekeeping devices
PABX
Turnstiles and UPS
Network
Windows OS troubleshooting
Laptop/PC maintenance
Working knowledge on operating systems and VMware.
