Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our IT infrastructure aligns with organizational objectives and supports Altera’s growth and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution from initiation through closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT architects, network engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Monitor and report on project expenditures and resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Mentor team members and promote professional development.

Salary Range
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc.
$113,700K-$181,700K
Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in:
- IT network, compute systems, identity, storage, virtualization and cloud services.
- Leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Defining project scopes, objectives, and milestones, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and stakeholder alignment.
- Managing budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure projects meet timelines and financial goals.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including IT architects, network engineers, operations teams, partners, and business stakeholders.
- Regularly report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership.
