The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will provide overall direction and leadership on IT projects in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity ensuring the projects are delivered on time and on budget. This position will manage the administration of projects in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Rheem IT. These projects will be across multiple towers including Cloud, Network, and End User Services as well as Cybersecurity.
This position will serve Rheem Enterprise Division located in Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid).
* Develop and coordinate project plans, communication plans, project meetings, scheduling regular project meetings, and communicating status with stakeholders
* Document, create, and track budgets as well as report the status during regular intervals
* Track risk and enable continuous compliance with key initiatives
* Work with the leadership to plan the project and align the project deliverables to meet the success criteria
* Work with business and IT leadership to define and create infra and cloud project related artifacts from project concept to initiation and then manage projects through the various phases through deployment
* Update project management tool(s) (SharePoint, Project, etc.) to manage tasks and reporting
* Build strong relationships with corporate and site leadership to lead large and small projects across sites and globally
* Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
* Manage projects risks and work to mitigate them in partnership with the different stakeholders
* Lead presentations to stakeholders
* Manage multiple vendors assisting with IT Infrastructure & Cloud program
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of recent relevant project management experience managing IT projects
* An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.
* IT understanding with focus on IT Technical Support, IT Operations, and/or engineering related fields.
* Proficient infrastructure knowledge across all areas including computer, network, server, and cloud.
* Strong user skills with Microsoft Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a member of the team to achieve desired results.
* Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Leadership, HR, Communications, Legal) and external subject matter experts.
* Great presentation and communication skills
* Experience with Agile and traditional project methodologies
* Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with co-workers, vendors and customers.
* Ability to solve and document problems quickly and completely.
* Ability to work independently with little supervision.
* Demonstration of strong decision-making skills.
* Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on workload.
* Excellent coordination and time management skills.
* Demonstrated history of transformational leadership
* Previous history of strategy development and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing company
