Infrastructure IT Manager

Location: Hybrid (Alabang, Muntinlupa)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: P55,000 - P60,000

Reports To: CIO

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Assistant Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT environments, leading infrastructure projects, and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities: INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering collaboration.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects within budget and timelines.
• Monitor performance, implement optimizations, and prevent system failures.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Design and manage scalable AWS solutions, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in IT security, networking, storage, and virtualization.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree and relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP).
• Experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
