Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing various IT tasks and projects across Switzerland, EMEA, and the US. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our growth and innovation.


Location: either Zug or Milan, with availability to travel

Work Rate: 80-100%


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the IT-Infrastructure Management on the O365 platform, network and server services, telephony, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, storage and related software.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Ensure the security of the company’s IT systems and data, in collaboration with our CISO (part-time).
  • Manage IT ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • IT collaboration tools implementation jointly with external partner (part-time)
  • Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.
  • Add on with ERP solutions (Odoo, Microsoft, SAP) is an appreciated plus
  • Tools used at the moment: O365, CRM SFDC, Marketing Cloud SFDC, Odoo ERP, Bynder, Zendesk


Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German
