Responsibilities

Network Design and Implementation:

• Analyze requirements and design network architecture that meets the organization's needs.
• Implement networking devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Network Management and Maintenance:
• Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular maintenance and software updates for networking equipment.

Troubleshooting Support:

• Analyze and resolve network issues to ensure quick recovery.
• Implement security measures to prevent potential threats to the network
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and resolved issues.
• Provide periodic reports on network status to stakeholders.

Technical Support:

• Assist end-users in resolving network-related problems.
• Train and guide other staff on network usage.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in IT networking and/or IT systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.
• Familiarity with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve network-related issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of security solutions and ability to implement appropriate protective measures.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networking, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or MCSE are preferred.
