We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Automation & Monitoring Engineer to enhance system automation, improve monitoring, and optimize IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation (AWX, Katello) and monitoring (Zabbix) platforms.
• Automation of server lifecycle management and maintenance.
• Configure monitoring of systems and set up alerting automation.
• Implement security baselines and compliance automation (CIS, NIST, internal standards).
• Act as the main contact for automation and monitoring initiatives.
• Aligning automation strategies with business needs, including alert handling, security setup, and server maintenance.
  
  

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, JSON) with a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.
• Readiness to take over and develop automation expertise from external vendors.
  
  

Additional Information:

• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Travel within the Baltic States may be required.
