Summary
The client is looking for a candidate who will manage a major project that will upgrade the VSP in car camera system and cloud-based evidence solution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project scope, schedule and budget and reporting to VSP Communications management on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will oversee the vendor efforts on the design, development, and implementation of the system and will coordinate with Communications Division and business unit staff as needed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the identification, analysis, tracking and recommending appropriate actions to project issues including those that are technology related.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the identification and management of project risks.
The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and completion of the assigned projects.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
Richmond, VA 23235: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Managing wireless communications projects: 10 years (Preferred)
Managing Telecommunications projects: 10 years (Preferred)
Managing wide area installation projects: 10 years (Preferred)
Complex multi-layer scheduling: 10 years (Preferred)
Managing $10M+ projects: 10 years (Preferred)
Existing and up to date COV Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
PM on multiple Commonwealth-level IT projects: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
