Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT & HR Support Intern to support our Human Resources and Information Technology departments. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in handling administrative HR tasks and providing first-level IT support. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and administrative capabilities.


Responsibilities


IT Support:

  • Provide basic technical support to employees (hardware/software troubleshooting, password resets, etc.).
  • Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and user accounts.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and office equipment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and procurement.
  • Help ensure data backups and cybersecurity protocols are followed.
  • Assist in ad hoc work that may arise within the scope of IT functions.


Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in managing internal communication platforms (emails, HR portals, etc.).
  • Help conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Perform Account payables/good receivals and Banking correspondences.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.


Requirements


Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a High School Diploma, HND or Degree qualification in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.


Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and IT concepts.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, Windows/Mac operating systems, and common office software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
