Summary

We’re looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team. You’ll help employees with day-to-day tech issues, set up new hire equipment, and support basic IT systems. If you’re tech-savvy, a good communicator, and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer help desk calls and respond to support tickets
  • Help with setting up laptops and software for new hires
  • Troubleshoot computer, printer, and network issues
  • Provide support through Microsoft Teams and in person
  • Maintain and track IT equipment like loaner laptops
  • Occasionally travel to nearby sites for support

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–1 years of IT help desk or tech support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system
  • Basic networking or wireless troubleshooting skills

Education:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus, but not required
