Title: IT/ Field Support Engineer

Duration: 3 Months - Extendable

Location: Stationsweg 18-A, 4416 PJ Kruiningen, Netherlands

• Manage and resolve Field support Incidents & requests.
• Do walkups and troubleshoot any end user issues based on tickets created.
• Assist the plant/office with IT related queries and resolve them based on priority.
• Document all ticket data and notes in Client provided ITSM Platform till closure.
• Assist with PC deployment and imaging.
• Assist end users in plants after completing proper training and safety pre-requisites approved by Client.
• Assist with P1 and P2 incidents and act as a bridge between different technical teams during the situation.
• Assist end users with general IT queries.
• Report any failures to the Client project manager.
• Perform required troubleshooting as informed by the technical team
