Job Title: IT Enterprise Architect / Strategist - Senior

Location: 222 Jarvis St, Toronto (Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Duration: June 2, 2025 - November 28, 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Develop government-wide modernization strategies, technology policies, standards, and guidelines
• Define and enforce enterprise-wide solution development standards
• Recommend modular/composable architecture approaches
• Develop and manage IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and deliverables
• Establish governance processes, KPIs, and metrics for standards compliance
• Identify technology risks and recommend mitigations
• Streamline application landscapes and reduce redundancies
  
  

Must-Have Skills

5+ years in enterprise architecture, strategy, and standardization

Strong knowledge of modular architecture, microservices, APIs, cloud, and AI/ML (LLM, RAG)

Familiarity with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, API management, network/security

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience creating and delivering presentations/workshops to senior leaders (COO, CIO)

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
