What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to design and institutionalize our enterprise architecture capability. This includes setting up robust architecture governance processes, aligning technology investments with business strategy, and integrating enterprise asset inventories for holistic architectural oversight.

You will be instrumental in building an enterprise-wide view of capabilities, applications, data, and technology infrastructure—ensuring scalability, maintainability, and innovation across our ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT with at least 2 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing architecture governance and processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise asset inventory tools or CMDBs and integrating them into architecture frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools such as BizzDesign, Alfabet, Sparx EA, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern integration approaches.
• Strong project management and collaboration capabilities as well as strong understanding of software developement lifecycle.

• Leadership and mentoring skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Certified Application Architect are highly desirable.

What You’ll Do

Establishing Enterprise Architecture Capability

• Define the software application architecture, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
• Define and implement the enterprise architecture framework, including processes, governance structures, and best practices.
• Institutionalize architecture governance to ensure compliance, traceability, and alignment with business goals.
• Evangelize architectural thinking across teams and build maturity in architecture practices.

Asset Inventory & Visibility

• Integrate enterprise asset inventory (applications, technologies, platforms) into the architecture repository.
• Collaborate with IT operations and asset owners to maintain a reliable, up-to-date architecture landscape.
• Use asset insights for rationalization, lifecycle management, and risk assessment.

Documentation

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint (business, application, data, and technology layers).
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software application architecture guidelines, including the enterprise architecture guide in the enterprise.

Solution Oversight & Support

• Actively collaborate to generating and sustaining the architectural governance process activities throughout the software development lifecycle, by primarily managing the Enterprise Architecture tool.
• Provide architectural oversight for major IT initiatives, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and goals.
• Review and approve solution designs and integration strategies across teams.
• Promote reuse, modularity, and standardization of components across the organization.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and development, to align technology initiatives with business needs and architectural standards.
• Lead the enterprise-wide arctihectural activities, i.e. Architecture Review Board

Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
