Job description:

We are looking for an IT End User Service Manager to join the Prometeon Tyre Group ICT department in our HQ in Milan. The candidate will be responsible for managing IT support for the company's end users. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of best practices related to workstation management, the evolution of productivity tools, operating systems and software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT support service management and solving complex technical problems.



Responsibility:

  • Manage the End User support service in day-to-day operations, equipment provisioning, license management, user access, and endpoint maintenance.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of our IT stack.
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding on company systems.
  • Define service levels, monitor them, and ensure that they are executed.
  • Identify areas for improvement, evaluate daily, weekly and monthly productivity of the service.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure the security of the company's workstations and data.
  • Organize the training of end users on the use of operating systems and office automation applications, creating and updating manuals and documentation.
  • Define global end user management standards and strategies, working closely with the regions and the infrastructure manager for renewal and service development projects.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Previous experience as an end-user services manager.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Propensity for teamwork.
  • Focus on end-user satisfaction.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Office365, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manage.
  • Remote support expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
