The client is looking to hire a well experienced Drupal developer for its Information Technology Division to design, develop, test, maintain and migrate our Drupal websites. This position requires that the contractor works onsite 2 days per week. Client requires an experienced Drupal Web Developer to join the Information Technology Division. This position will be responsible for day-to-day design, development, and maintenance of a large suite of citizen facing IWD and related websites which provide critical services to the citizens of Iowa. These websites are essential in supporting State Level initiatives around workforce and education. This position will work closely with the IWD Communications and Media team, as well as and business stakeholders and leadership, to realize strategic goals around business engagement and leverage IWD digital assets in furthering awareness, education and outreach of services provided by IWD to citizens. In addition to web development, this position will also advance innovative and priority initiatives including platform upgrades, website redesigns, heightened site security, customer experience analytics, chatbot technology and department intranet(s).
