Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Director & Project Manager to lead and oversee technology-driven projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • IT Managing: Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Apply best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure project outcomes meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Project Tools: Proficiency in project management
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
