About the Role

We are seeking an IT Director to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our global IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and innovation to support our multinational operations. You will drive strategic IT initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for finance, risk management, and enterprise-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the global IT strategy, aligning technology investments with business growth objectives.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across 20+ countries.

2. Systems Architecture

• Architect highly available, scalable global systems (cloud/on-prem hybrid) supporting 1,000+ users.
• Optimize multi-regional infrastructure for latency-sensitive applications (e.g., finance/risk systems).

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee 24/7 mission-critical systems with 99.99% uptime SLAs.
• Implement DevOps/FinOps practices to balance performance and cost efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Family Office teams to deliver compliant, secure solutions.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear roadmap communication.

5. Innovation

• Evaluate emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain) to maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and legacy modernization programs.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 8+ years in IT leadership, including 4+ years designing global enterprise architectures.
• Proven experience scaling systems for 1,000+ employee organizations.
• Expertise in:
• Multi-cloud/hybrid infrastructure
• Enterprise security & compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Financial systems (ERP, Treasury, Risk platforms)
• Fluent in stakeholder management with C-suite/board-level presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Background in financial services/risk management IT.
• Experience with family office or PE/VC technology stacks.
• Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, CISSP.
