Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Preferably with:

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Experience:

• One to two years working experience in the BPO industry.
• One to two years of solid experience in data analytics.
• Three years of solid experience in solutions architecture, cloud computing, and/or solutions management.
• Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Nuance, ObserveAi, Sapling, PowerBI, AIChatbot (At least two)
• Preferred
• Experience supervising small teams is a plus.
