Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support IT operations for approximately 40 employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
Take ownership of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline management and deployment strategies.
Implement and maintain robust data security products and protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, providing technical support to employees as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our IT and DevOps strategies.
Document IT processes, procedures, and infrastructure to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and DevOps roles.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
Experience with data security best practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a part-time capacity.
