Summary

Key Responsibilities:



Provide L1 support for hardware/software issues, OS installs, Outlook, and basic networking.



Manage IT asset inventory: issue tracking, movement, and periodic audits.



Support and maintain file server, accounts server, and Google Workspace (G Suite) Console.



Coordinate with vendors for rented assets and validate invoices vs actual inventory.



Assist in documentation, reporting, and internal IT processes.



Communicate effectively in English; ensure timely ticket resolution and user satisfaction.



Requirements:



Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, G Suite Admin Console.



Good troubleshooting skills with laptops, printers, and applications.



Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



1–3 years' experience preferred, but freshers with strong fundamentals can apply.
