We are looking for an It Delivery Manager to ensure that key processes and practices are implemented effectively throughout our organization.

The IT Delivery Manager responsibilities include maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s employees on our projects.

Your Missions

• Leading pre-sales activities
• Establishing long-term partnerships with the clients, managing their expectations, and actively looking for new business opportunities
• Coordinating offer preparation processes
• Estimating project costs and prices
• Proposing project delivery model and planning team setups
• Building the delivery plan along with communication and quality strategy
• Monitoring risks, prioritizing issues, resolving bottlenecks
• Acting as a single point of responsibility for any delivery-related matters, including escalations, scope/resource changes, upsells
• Expanding and developing the profitability of and satisfaction from own projects
  
  

Your Profile

• Engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Project management
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, you lead a team to 20-30 people
• Practical experience with Scrum and Agile projects
• Experience with IT services and outsourcing
• Technical background - overview in the field of software development, direct experience in SW development is a great advantage
• Fluent in English
• Communicative knowledge of Czech or Slovak
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit
