Salary Range:
- Information Technology (IT) General Manager - up to 100,000
- Senior Data Engineer - up to 120,000
- Business Intelligence Engineer - up to 130,000 (negotiable)

1. Information Technology (IT) General Manager
Department: Business Development
Reports To: Business Development Head
Supervises: IT Team
Coordinates With: External Service Providers, Prospective Clients
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor IT project execution for timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices
- Set team goals aligned with business strategies
- Conduct collaborative problem-solving sessions
- Formulate and implement IT policies and process improvements
- Manage vendor and client relationships
- Supervise team performance and support succession planning
- Oversee infrastructure readiness and disaster recovery planning
- Assist with quality audits
- Manage IT budgets and reporting
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years experience in business transformation and IT operations
- Background in finance shared services, infrastructure, and business continuity
- Experience in telecommunication companies is a plus
- Proficiency in network security, risk management, operating systems
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

2. Senior Data Engineer
What you'll do:
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
- Implement optimized data models ensuring high data quality
- Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, Python
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years in Data Engineering
- 3+ years experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Fabric)
- Strong background in large-scale data processing, data modeling, and automation
3. Business Intelligence Engineer
What you'll do:
- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations
- Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions
- Manage BI platforms, user access, and performance optimization
- Work with Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in BI development (strong Power BI expertise required)
- 3+ years in data warehousing and data modeling
- Solid ETL and scripting experience
