Responsibilities of the
Cybersecurity Analyst I include, but are not limited to:
- Daily management and response to the vulnerability management system.
- Analyzing and investigating phishing alerts.
- Keep up to date with the latest security, vulnerability, and technology developments.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of security incidents response documentation.
- Monitor and analyze Endpoint Detection Response (EDR) toolsets and event logs to identify security indicator of compromise, attacks, and threats for remediation and / or suppression.
- Work with MDR as additional investigations are needed.
Qualifications of the
Cybersecurity Analyst I position include, but are not limited to:
- Identity and Access Management.
- IT Risk Management.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning.
- Security Awareness Education and Training.
- Security Vulnerability Management.
- Security Incident Management.
- Cloud-based technologies.
- AI, Machine Learning.
- Firewalls.
- Computer Forensic Techniques.
- Databases, Collaboration Tools, Web & Mail Services.
- Ability to work with a diverse team including management, consultants, and service providers.
