We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jr. IT Configuration Engineer. This remote position offers the opportunity to implement and manage innovative security solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage the Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform.
• Integrate the SOAR platform with various security tools to ensure seamless data flow and response actions.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective security solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members on SOAR platform usage and best practices.
• Deploy and manage the SOAR infrastructure while communicating its value to leadership and stakeholders.
• Work closely with leadership to align security strategies with business objectives.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience with SOAR platforms and security operations.
• Strong understanding of incident response processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
