Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Communications Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg.

• The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises.
• In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the security team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
  
  

Your tasks

• Creation and management of press communication, news articles, emails, social media etc.
• Maintain Confluence Page (internal & external), for the 3 projects.
• Guidance and support users in the usage of wikis, collaborative sites and CMS.
• Advise on solutions on existing technical platforms, including customisations required.
• Frequent review of existing communications material,, correcting misalignments, while coordination with the space users.
• Writing communication material (content & graphics).
• Participate and follow in corporate meetings and advances on the strategy and usage of these tools within the corporate environment.
• Create presentations and maintain master decks up to date.
• Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree combined with 9 years of IT relevant experience .
• Experience with IT Communications Management.
• Good knowledge of Confluence wikis and its content administration.
• Ability to understand the IT technical background of the content material.
• Experience with IT Technical writing and documentation.
• Experience with Communications Management: newsletters, emails, social media, press releases etc.
• Experience with creating representations.
• Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements.
• Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
