One for One funds the proper collection and recycling of that waste.


About the job

As a Channel Sales Manager, you play a pivotal role in our journey for growth in the DACH market, serving as the catalyst for building and expanding our growing partner business within the IT channel landscape. You will engage and support partner sales activity with demand generation on enterprise & public sector customers. Your mission is to position and launch our innovative service with potential partners, propelling the growth of our client base in the DACH Region. By offering a proposition that combines business value and circularity, you'll contribute to positively impacting the IT industry landscape in a business-savvy, customer focused way.

You have full ownership of the sales cycle. From prospecting, engaging, nurturing leads and understanding their pain points to creating compelling offers that fit their business needs perfectly. Your objective is to expand our active partner base by adding companies that align with the profile we have shaped since 2016.

You will report to the Sales Director. This role offers many opportunities for creative and independent work and you will be working in a small but experienced and professional team of commercial experts.


Responsibilities

  • Experience in selling solutions an/or services related to IT hardware
  • Proven track record of successfully selling through or with partners and direct sales
  • Business development – green field opportunity identification, qualification and design
  • Creativity in designing your sales approach and getting our service in the prospect’s eye
  • Good network within the IT hardware – end user devices focused community, with particular focus on Germany
  • Understanding of tech industry ecosystem and ability to engage with its main stakeholders for driving CTL business
  • Account penetration at several levels
  • Good at identifying of key stakeholders and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills, ability to articulate CTL’s value proposition in a crisp and concise manner, adapted to the target audience
  • Excellent listener, good understanding of customer organizational dynamics, navigating through the customer to maximize sales & product fit
  • Comfortable with senior-level interactions
  • Autonomy and initiative, ability to operate remotely and interact effectively across the entire CTL organization
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task, and to work with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, professional attitude & work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Flexibility; willingness to adjust to new realities and new developments


Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling in the technology space
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Language skills: German and English are mandatory
