Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part a large Cash program management team that is distributed between Chennai, Singapore and Bangalore. The purpose of this position is to manage the Payments Team Projects from conception of ideas to the delivery of products and services. Focus will be on making sure all technical aspects of the project are running smoothly. 360-degree management of projects from start to finish. Co-ordinating with several key project stakeholders both internal and external. Co-ordinate project requirements with Product Management, Operations, Legal and Risk department, and other departments as necessary. Report on completed actions, achievements & productivity of projects. Quality management of the project and its deliverables. Work with Product Owner and Delivery team to manage and track the delivery of Cash projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of complex software delivery projects in an agile environment.
- Perform risk and change management activities.
- Delivering projects including planning, resource allocation, financial management and project governance.
- Setting up and maintaining JIRA and Confluence tools to facilitate effective Agile Project Management.
- Creating and maintaining Agile Metrics in JIRA to monitor a team’s velocity and delivery progress.
- Clear and concise status updates.
- Raising risks and issues and escalating to management at the earliest opportunity to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner.
- Whilst there is no direct line management responsibility, this pivotal role is central to all interactions amongst squad team members, as well the engagement of the wider set of stakeholders across the business and technology teams Hence excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Inter-personal skills are a must to be able to work with people.
- Identify, prioritise and manage risks and issues using a suitable framework
- Ensure bank-wide software delivery methodologies are followed and help to collate the required information to pass various quality controls provided under Technical Delivery Assurance (TDA) and any other such like governance.
- Help to do release planning and coordinate with all stakeholders involved to provide a controlled handover to production.
Skills And Experience
15+ years’ experience in an IT Project Management role
Project Management certification training like PMP will be additional advantage.
Payments domain knowledge
Risk management
Stakeholder management & Reporting
Project Planning and tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or related field.
PMP, Agile (scrum master) certification
