Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst supporting Cloud Modernization efforts at a large semiconductor client. The Analyst will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams. Focus on defining clear requirements and ensuring alignment with cloud modernization goalsenhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance. This individual will also drive project execution, facilitate agile ceremonies, and support the deployment of modern cloud-native solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Maintain and update project plans and documentation - Monitor project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders - Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies - Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) - Collaborate with IT Architects and Development Leads to manage the product backlog - Support testing and validation of new features and systems We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Familiarity with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project coordination with stakeholders - Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills - Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry - Experience using Jira and working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment Exposure to cloud modernization or digital transformation projects null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
