Role

Process automation team main responsibility is to implement and maintain BPM and RPA solutions to support a continuous improvement of business processes efficiency across the Bank.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BPM applications
• Define and design solution based on requirement and analysis document
• Develop solution using Auraquantic framework
• Support project team performing tests and deploying solution
• Maintain software after go live, managing second level user support and performing regular maintenance
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Extensive and proven experience, within a multinational or financial environment, as Business process management designer or as developer and strong commitment to learn Auraquantic BPM tool.
• Proven familiarity with full software lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills, able to understand problems and lead to solution
• Good knowledge in relational database queries and modeling.
• Basic knowledge in rest api.
• Eager to lead and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and come with concrete and pragmatic proposals.
• Autonomous, flexible and agile within a continuous changing environment.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with different cultures and users.
• Good written and spoken English, German, Italian and/or French is a plus.
