Company Overview:

A leading global alternative investment manager with a focus on private equity, credit, and real estate is seeking a IT Business Analyst & Program Manager for their GRC Program. This role will support the Risk and Control Inventory (RCI) and enhance governance structures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evolve and enforce standards for RCI data requirements, ensuring comprehensive and consistent attribute capture.
• Operationalize and maintain governance workflows and approval processes for all RCI modifications.
• Identify and document data quality gaps across all GRC domains and apply remediation steps.
• Lead the integration of complementary data sources to enrich the RCI architecture.
• Develop and deploy standardized training, guides, and communication materials for first-line teams.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to develop a phased plan for GRC platform implementation.
• Connect dots across business units and data domains to operationalize AI-enabled risk insights.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in financial services, risk management, internal controls, audit, and/or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience in operational risk management and strategy, ideally from a 'Big 4' consultancy.
• Proven expertise with risk management tools and platforms such as Archer and/or AuditBoard.
• Strong process orientation and operational expertise in implementing scalable solutions.
• Robust toolkit of best practices for data management, reporting, and presentations.
