Minimum of Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst with exposure to SAP applications or Financial Systems 2 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases 
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation 
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs 
• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive project documentation, including functional requirements documents, user stories, and system diagrams. 
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to validate that they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects 
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies. 
• Training and Support: Assist in the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure the successful adoption of the new system 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis and IT solutions.
