You will be joining MassMutual’s Health & Wellness Program team and as a Business Analyst within the team you will have responsibility for requirements execution to support a broad set of workstreams for this strategic program.

As part of a pioneering program and growing team, you will be expected to collaborate effectively across a range of internal and external stakeholder groups and multi-disciplinary teams to help drive the program towards iterative and innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• You must have strong communication skills, with specific ability to review, refine and deliver requirements with varying levels within business, legal and compliance, among others on ongoing basis
• You work directly with project manager and team on daily basis to gain knowledge of priority work, business value and expectations around timing to complete work to keep on track
• You will influence priority program decisions and collaborate with business, technology, and operational leaders to enable teams to deliver results
• You will be able to quickly understand a range of program elements with varying complexity that require cross-functional team alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• You will communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• You will maintain the documentation and keep stakeholders informed constantly
• You have demonstrated experience leveraging existing information and data to efficiently drive requirements
• You must be action oriented, self-starter
  
  

Ideal Skills

• 5 - 6+ years of experience, good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree preferred
• Flexible and resilience to change
• A passion/interest in wellness, healthcare, human longevity
• MM business, systems and data knowledge would be strongly preferred
• Organizational / institutional knowledge strongly preferred
• Agile methodology experience preferred
