We’re looking for a data-savvy professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, business operations, and strategy.

As our IT Business Data Analyst, you'll lead key initiatives in user segmentation, cross-departmental reporting, and data visualization — all while safeguarding data access and integrity across platforms like Salesforce and Klaviyo.

What You’ll Do

• Manage system accounts & permissions
• Build custom dashboards and reports
• Partner with marketing & product teams on user profiling
• Drive data-backed decision making
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year in data analytics (IoT/Marketing experience a plus)
• Advanced skills in Salesforce, Shence, or other BI tools
• Proficiency in statistics, data structures, and visualization
