Salary: $70,000 - 80,000

This role plays a key part in optimizing workflows and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Of The IT Business Analyst

• Evaluate current business workflows to uncover opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency through automation
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions utilizing various technologies and best practices
• Develop and update comprehensive documentation for all implemented automation processes
• Partner with IT colleagues and key business stakeholders to drive successful project execution
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for automation systems when required
• Keep pace with advancements in automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions for adoption
• Recognize opportunities for business enhancements and support Leadership in defining strategic objectives
  
  

Qualifications Of The IT Business Analyst

• Experience automating and improving workflows & business processes
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Experience with Power Automate
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
• Organized and detail oriented
• Effective communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  
  

Bonus Experience of the IT Business Analyst:

• Experience and knowledgeable using AI tools
• Experience with HelpSpot CRM
• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Experience with SQL Server database and SQL queries
• Exposure to Python and/or JavaScript
