Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Audit Manager in Wilmington, MA. Responsibilities:

• The IT Audit Manager will lead and execute IT audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, systems, and processes
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls, including general IT and application-level controls
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to coordinate audit activities
• Utilize audit and risk management tools to monitor control environments and report findings
• As an IT Audit Manager, you will provide guidance on improving system controls and IT risk management practices
• Manage multiple projects and audit tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Relevant certification such as CISA required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems and audit tools; Experience with platforms like SAP or Workiva is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
