Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Audit Manager in Wilmington, MA. Responsibilities: * The IT Audit Manager will lead and execute IT audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, systems, and processes * Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls, including general IT and application-level controls * Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant internal policies and external regulations * Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to coordinate audit activities * Utilize audit and risk management tools to monitor control environments and report findings * As an IT Audit Manager, you will provide guidance on improving system controls and IT risk management practices * Manage multiple projects and audit tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline * Relevant certification such as CISA required * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field * Familiarity with ERP systems and audit tools; Experience with platforms like SAP or Workiva is a plus * Strong project management and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
