They are actively searching for an IT Audit Manager to join the dynamic team of this industry giant.

As an IT Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the IT component of the SOX program, including annual risk assessments focused on identifying technology risks impacting internal controls over financial reporting, IT dependencies, and key systems within scope.
• Conduct and lead SOX IT walkthroughs across systems, applications, and tools, ensuring timely updates to control documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement financial compliance practices across complex technology environments, including ERP systems, SDLC, DevOps, and continuous deployment processes.
• Support Audit team reporting to Executive Management and the Audit Committee.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT audit experience from a public accounting firm or out of industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience and understanding of IT audit and related IT General Controls
• Experience as IT Internal Audit manager role in the US in a regulated environment
• Expertise and extensive experience with leading and performing SOX technology program design, control implementation, and monitoring of SOX program
• Assertive, confident, and ability to influence leadership
• High energy, innovative, and driven
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly motivated self-starter
