A Brief Overview

Provides technical, analytical and administrative support for information technology (IT) infrastructure systems and services. Responsible for monitoring of systems, software configuration and the timely resolution of problems related to hardware and software. Facilitates communications and acts as liaison and/or resource within the organization to define and communicate IT systems and services.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and support server and storage hardware.
• Maintain and support Windows operating systems and configurations
• Maintain and support Microsoft SCCM
• Maintain and support thin client configuration server.
• Maintain and support Citrix ready devices (iPhones, iPads, Android, Thin Clients)
• Maintain and support Citrix virtual application and desktop environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• VMware VCP Upon Hire Preferred or
• Citrix CCA certifications Upon Hire Preferred or
• SCCM certification Upon Hire Preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience One to Three (1-3) year’s relevant experience. Required
