Responsibilities * Manage the full application lifecycle from planning, deployment, and maintenance * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications. * Establish and enforce development standards around technology stacks, coding practices, and testing * Oversee development, configuration, integration, and support of web and cloud-based applications. * Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks that support modern development practices and DevOps integration. * Monitor performance, reliability, security and coordinate efforts to address issues and improvements. * Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and business priorities. * Create and maintain documentation. * Partner with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of experience in application management, software development, or solution architecture. * Strong proficiency in SQL, Vue.js, .NET (C#), and Azure cloud services. * Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align IT solutions with business strategy. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. * Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within IT. * Knowledge of enterprise integrations / API management In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefits with this position: *
