Missions

• Manage IT and ensure availability of the Sagemcom US IT assets (servers / LAN / WAN / AD, IT tools, filer, PCs…)
• Identify and manage users' needs
• Manage priorities of the projects to improve the IT systems and manage the projects, in accordance with planned budget, schedule and performance
• Manage all the change activities
• Develop KPI to follow up performance of the activity
• Anticipate users' needs and plan projects
• Manage the activities related to the Sagemcom HQ needs, with the HQ IT teams
• Ensure the compliance of the site and its infrastructures with the group's Information Security Policy, the group's commitments to its clients (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.), and local regulations.

Responsibilities

Helpdesk Support

• Ensure level 1 and 2 support

Inventory

• Manage inventory of IT equipment
• Ensure IT material availability

Technology

• Define an IT plan and update regularly
• Ensure technology watch to ensure the best solutions are implemented

Quality and process

• Ensure IT group and local policies are followed
• Write the IT procedures, in accordance with global policies

IT Security

• Ensure compliance with group policies, audit, and control the application of security rules (local teams, suppliers, and local partners).

Risk analysis : assess risks, threats and consequences and define associated action plans

• In sync with global Information Security team, handle local security incidents and ensure the corporate improvement plans are implemented
• Raise awareness of cybersecurity problems, promote the deployment and application of information systems usage charter
• Assess local risks and threats, identify and monitor the deployment of security actions
• Ensure the regulatory and technical watch

Activities

• Manage LAN and WAN (Cisco, Aruba)
• Manage and maintain local assets (PCs and software) (Windows (SCCM)/Linux (PXE FAI))
• Manage infrastructure servers (VMWare, Windows Server, Linux Debian)
• Ensure availability of software development tools and specific applications
• Design and maintain network wiring drawings
• Be the interface with Internet Service provider(s)
• Be the interface with material, software and equipment suppliers
• Ensure Helpdesk support and maintain high satisfaction from the users
• Define with HQ IT/Purchasing teams a process for the renew of IT assets based on cost and efficiency
• Manage backup of data
• Be responsible of network security, including maintenance of the antivirus / EDR systems and firewalls
• Be the interface with the IT HQ team
• Be the interface with Information Security team, including KPIs, management of the security incidents and improvement plans related to Information Systems Security
• Manage technology watch for IT and communication equipment, but also on Operating Systems and new technologies broadly
