Summary

Description


This position is responsible for implementation of new technologies and upgrades as well as daily end-user support and troubleshooting for employees.


Essential Functions


  • Able to respond in timely fashion to end-user needs and concerns relating to computer business applications and general systems issues.
  • First line support for all software and hardware needs
  • Identifies diagnosis, and resolves technical problems, problem escalation and solution tracking.
  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills as an IS professional to train, instruct and educate employees on IS related topics.
  • Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously, to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur.


Requirements


  • 1 year of IT helpdesk technical experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences or a related field.
