BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced IT Admin to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and user support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Mumbai office.

What will you be doing here?

• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
• Ensure network and data security through regular updates and protocols.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
• Assist with IT procurement and maintain inventory.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT administration or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system administration.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and IT support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
